Navigating Difficult Marriages and the Sacred Pause with Veronica Nabizade

In this episode of The Better Sex Podcast, I talk with Family, Divorce and Relationship Coach Veronica Nabizade. Veronica brings her wide range of experience from legal mediation to deep spiritual practice, and immense work on inner growth to support women in difficult marriages.   Her feeling is that “if it’s worth fighting about, it’s worth fixing.” which is the heart of her work as the founder of Relationship Restart. This was an extremely rich conversation exploring leverage, personal development and the importance of self-relationship as the path towards either thriving together or divorcing with dignity.  We talked about codependency in relationships and how the Enneagram can help to navigate ourselves and each other. Veronica shares a bit about her journey starting with challenges with her marriage that led her on a quest of spiritual and personal growth.  She talks about the value of a “sacred pause” in a relationship including how to do it and in a supportive manner  and along the way provides valuable practical tips and insights for our listeners to improve their own relationships and find harmony together
